What are the costs in transport logistics?

The freight cost for a shipment with the Fritz Group is always calculated individually based on the freight calculation weight and the distance. Additionally, the operating times of the respective vehicle may also influence the final price. Therefore, please send us an inquiry at Verkauf@fritz-gruppe.de and let our professional experts advise you on your needs with a customized quote.

What types of transport do you offer?

Within the EU and neighboring countries, the Fritz Group offers land transport services in the areas of full truckload (FTL), less than truckload (LTL), partial loads, and direct courier services. We also gladly handle your sea container shipments worldwide.

What do you transport? What don’t you transport?

In the hazardous goods sector, we transport everything except classes 1 and 7. Additionally, we do not handle heavy-lift transports. Still unsure if your shipment falls under these categories? What transport options do you offer?

The modern fleet of the Fritz Group enables a wide range of services, offering the right solution for almost all transport requirements. With the help of our fleet, we create customized transport solutions for you, both nationally and internationally.

How does transportation work?

We offer you a freight table for permanent transport processing. Register your transport requirements for part and full loads one day before the transport is due to take place. In the general cargo area, you can even register on the same day until 12.00 noon.

How long does the transportation take?

The duration of transportation depends on the goods being transported and therefore varies. In general cargo transportation, an average transport takes between 24 and 48 hours. In freight transport, you will usually receive the goods the next day, depending on the time of the order.

What packaging options are there?

In principle, the sender of the goods is responsible for the packaging. Please note: The goods must be packed in such a way that no danger arises during transportation. For example, the goods can be transported on Euro flat pallets or in Euro mesh boxes, which are then exchanged.

Do you offer express deliveries?

Yes, of course! Are you in a hurry? Then our Fritz Group experts will be happy to advise you – without obligation, of course! Because in most areas of Germany there is the option of next-day delivery at 8.00 am, 10.00 am or 12.00 noon. Simply send us an e-mail to info@fritz-gruppe.de. There may be regional restrictions for outlying areas of Germany.

How can I track a shipment?

With the help of our “Track & Trace” systems Order Race, CargoMando, and Stückgut we offer you the ability to track the status of your shipment at any time.

Are our goods insured??

Yes, in principle, your goods are insured under the General German Freight Forwarders’ Terms and Conditions (ADSp) and the German Commercial Code (HGB) with limited maximum liability.

What payment options are available?

We generally process all our services via invoice payment. This means you pay only after you have used our service.
