Qualitätsmanagement

Quality management

The right measures at the right time.

We continuously optimize our processes.

In order to constantly maintain and improve the quality of our processes and services at the highest level, we operate an extensive and consistent quality, CIP/lean management system. In doing so, we always keep a close eye on all methods and procedures for the efficient design of the entire value chain.

Certifications:

  • We have been DIN EN ISO 9001 certified for many years
  • The DIN EN ISO 14001 environmental management system has also been certified for many years
  • We are SQAS-certified in the field of chemical transportation and VDA 6.2-certified in the automotive sector.

Further certificates:

  • AEO”Authorized Economic Operator”
  • IFS Logistics Version 2.3 at a higher level
  • s.a.f.e plus

What do these certificates entail and what advantages do they offer?

AEO status entitles the holder to benefits:

  • Goods and documents (all types of AEO) are checked less frequently
  • Priority inspection of consignments selected for inspection (all types of AEO)
  • When applying for authorization to use customs simplifications, the requirements that were already checked when the AEO certificate was issued are not checked again (for AEO-C and AEO-F)
  • Reduced data set for the submission of entry and exit summary declarations, so-called advance declarations (for AEO-S and AEO-F)
  • Prior notification of intended controls (for AEO-S and AEO-F)
  • Improved cooperation with customs
  • Recognition of AEO status as a quality feature (trustworthy business partner)

IFS:

The basic principles of the IFS are based on DIN EN ISO 9001, concretized for the supply chain in the food sector. HACCP (risk analysis and assessment of processes) is also required.

s.a.f.e. plus:

s.a.f.e. stands for Schutz- und Aktionsgemeinschaft zur Erhöhung der Sicherheit in der Spedition and is an association-supported community of freight forwarders and logistics service providers for the protection of aligned interests as well as a service network for the optimization of logistics security.

SQAS:

In addition to ISO 9001 certification, the chemical industry consciously looks for an SQAS audit when selecting its partners in the transport, logistics and trade sectors. This is because this audit system evaluates the aspects of safety, health, environment and quality (ISO 9001) with regard to performance and implementation in a company.

Those who meet the strict requirements and adhere to the international benchmarks of the SQAS and ISO 9001 standards make quality reproducible.

DIN EN ISO 14001:

The environmental management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001 provides the framework for the voluntary development of measures to protect the environment – from saving energy and protecting the climate to disposing of waste.

DIN EN ISO 9001:

With the quality management system, we demonstrate the quality of our processes and create the basis for systematic, continuous improvement.

VDA 6.2:

VDA 6.2 is a quality management system for all service providers in the automotive industry. Providers of automotive services can use the VDA 6.2 standard to ensure and document the quality of their processes.
