In order to meet current requirements, the Fritz Group’s IT is designed to combine individual customer requirements with the advantages of standardized processes. A flexible in-house IT team is available for this purpose. In addition to operating its own IT infrastructure, the focus is on supporting the operational units in satisfying our customers and implementing their requirements.

Our IT architecture strategy takes into account both the global view, such as the provision of necessary and flexible interfaces between the different systems for data transfer, and the internal view, e.g. through user-friendly interaction of the hardware components (scanners, scales, labeling devices, etc.).

- In-house application specialists ensure that our core operational applications (warehouse management, transport planning, data converters, etc.) are continuously optimized and that queries are answered quickly and effectively thanks to our high level of in-house expertise. This also ensures that our customers’ individual IT requirements are jointly developed and implemented.
